Avocado Iced Coffee Recipe

100g ripe avocado
50g sweetened condensed milk
100ml milk

40ml espresso OR strong cold brew coffee

Line a glass w/chocolate syrup
Add avocado mixture & ice
Pour in Coffee
(Optional) Add a scoop of ice cream
Banana Coconut Iced Latte

100g bananas (1 medium banana)
200ml coconut milk
(Optional) 5-10ml honey or maple syrup

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes
Pour the banana coconut mixture into the glass
Slowly pour 60ml of espresso (or 120ml of strong coffee) over the mixture

Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top
(Optional) Add a thin slice of banana
Coconut & Macadamia Iced Latte

100g unsalted macadamia nuts
200g cool water
Combine and refrigerate overnight in a covered container

Macadamia milk
400g water
Keep blending until you have a milky white, smooth texture

Strain the mixture into a fresh container using a muslin cloth or nut milk bag
(Optional) Sweeten to your liking

45g coconut milk/cream
20g simple syrup
5-10g vanilla extract
40g espresso shot
Combine and stir thoroughly until dissolved

Add macadamia milk to a glass with ice
Pour espresso mixture on top and stir
Enjoy!
Mazagran
(Iced Coffee Lemonade)

2 shots espresso (60-70ml) OR a 120ml strong coffee, and let cool
(medium-dark roast for balanced acidity)

30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1 medium lemon)
15ml simple syrup OR honey
Stir until dissolved

Fill a tall glass w/ice cubes
Add lemonade mixture
Slowly layer the cooled coffee or espresso on top to create a gradient effect
(Optional) Add 50ml soda water

Add a thin lemon slice
Add a sprig of fresh mint or twist of lemon zest
